The definition of Synergy is: "The interaction of elements that when combined produce a total effect that is greater than the sum of the individual elements, contributions, etc." The idea in this being that when a combined number of individuals work toward a common goal they have a greater chance of success than that of a lone individual.
Synergy, our college and career class, is a class to encourage those lost between the youth group and adult classes. Often neglected and usually overlooked, a young man or woman freshly out of the youth group misses out on the camaraderie that a teen class has to offer. Synergy can offer that camaraderie and acceptance.
However, after several years of spiritual growth, this class is no longer solely a place to find acceptance but even more a place to find purpose. The attendance of this class is in constant fluctuation because we find ourselves working in more and more ministries. Meeting at 9:30 a.m. on Sundays under the guidance of Matt and Kelli Helle this class seeks not to only be the future of this church but the leaders now as well.
Synergy also meets at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday nights for a time of Bible Study and fellowship.
